Our quest for delivering ever higher quality of service to our customers was inspired by the popular Six Sigma standard for quality assurance. We strive to meet or exceed that standard through an ongoing program of training of our technicians and through modernization of tools and testing equipment
Is conducted according to manufacturer's recommendation and guidlines. This includes checking, cleaning, lubrication, and safety testing, as neccessary. A report is generated with the equipment condition. Repairs, if indicated, are not included in this service.
CALIBRATION
To maintain equipment accuracy, we calibrate it using certified calibration tools. A calibration certificate is issued for this service.
CERTIFICATION
Before commissioning of new or repaired equipment, we conduct extensive electrical safety and functions testing. Equipment is certified as fit for use and safe operation if it passes all tests. A service sticker is affixed to the machine with the current, and next, service dates.
INSPECTION
Covers checking machine condition and all functions. A report is generated with results and recommendations.
REPAIR
This service covers fixing malfunctioning or damaged equipment to bring it back into safe operational condition. A cost estimate is available for customer's review and approval. A limited warrantee covering replaced parts is provided.
